Certified IFS Practitioner

After raising our family of five, my husband and I have spent the past 10 years fostering more than 60 young men, and it has truly been a privilege. This experience has taught me so much about people, relationships, resilience, and the importance of feeling truly seen and understood. In the summer of 2026, I decided to shift my focus and dedicate more time to working with clients and guiding them through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
I was first introduced to Internal Family Systems in 2019 through Bright Line Eating, a unique approach to weight loss and addiction. My personal experience with IFS brought tremendous healing, growth, strength, and joy into my life. It transformed the way I understood and related to myself, and it greatly improved my relationships with the people around me.
That experience inspired me to deepen my understanding of IFS through formal training and a variety of experiential courses. I completed both Level 1 and Level 2 IFS trainings, then committed myself to the certification process and became a Certified IFS Practitioner in June 2022. Since then, I have had the privilege of guiding clients through their own journeys of healing and transformation while continuing to learn and grow alongside them.
I have personally experienced profound transformation, healing, growth, and greater joy through this work, and I have been fortunate to witness many of those same changes in my clients. There is something deeply fulfilling about helping people discover their own inner wisdom, strength, and wholeness. Sharing this work and supporting others as they experience the gift of transformation for themselves has become an important and meaningful part of my life.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my nose in a book, browsing secondhand stores, kayaking, or going on adventures with my favorite people: my family!
